Even if I agree that the tutorials are old, that doesn't mean the engine is unusable....you're too quick to jump to conclusions. You could havd used the free version to learn the engine...there was 0 pressure to buy.
If you detail what you want to achieve, I'd be happy to guide you.

A 3D game that can work both on Android and iOS @molten rain

#

And I never say the Engine is unusable. I say a game created with this engine is unusable on 80% Android phone

#

The company must advertise that Android support is "experimental" and game created are intended for Flagship phone

#

At that point I had bought the Classic Version

Well, you have to optimise your performance, use low poly assets. Indeed, the Android performance is bad sometimes. Especially on older, lower spec devices

I have a new Fairphone 3+ device. Not so low on performance.

#

The GPU supports modern standards like Vulkan 1.0 (according to Wikipedia), OpenGL ES 3.1 + AE (3.2 in other sources), OpenCL 2.0 and DirectX 12 (FL 12.1 according to Wikipedia, 11.1 according to Qualcomm). Furthermore, the GPU supports Universal Bandwidth Compression (UBWC) to save memory bandwidth.

#

@molten rain have you made some Android game with BB3 that I can download and try?

#

BTW I tried 3D compiled to Windows and that's good. I just have to understand how to go full screen...

Our game works ok on newer devices but indeed is slow on older ones

I like it. It is a good game. But is slow on my phone.
The name of the game has something to do with the Dance School in Romania?
