Although this is not an event for mobile, one of our partners (Darksmith) is going to be a part of a charity livestream event this Saturday (the 14th) with 3 other streamers (Raasclark, FirePumpkin, and CHipZz) benefitting Ablegamers.org, who seeks to combat social isolation, foster inclusive communities, and improve the quality of life for people with disabilities through the act of play. They partner with various organizations, including hospitals and rehabilitation centers, to reach more people with disabilities and provide them with a nearby location to assist in setup to enter the world of gaming.

The event is being held on the Arkitect server cluster - they've created massive builds, structures, and creations in Ark from 5 different movies. On our streams, we will be attending their Movie Premiere where they walk us through all of these builds. There is a cast and crew involved, and challenges and trouble for us is to be expected. There is a small but healthy fundraising goal of $500, where as money is raised, Raasclark, FirePumpkin, CHipZz, Darksmith, and friends will gain extra help to overcome these challenges and survive this interactive Movie Premiere!

@everyone Hello Survivors! With ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition now announced for December 2024, we’d like to address the future of the original ARK: Survival Evolved on Mobile.

• Purchases and gameplay progress will not carry forward to ARK: Ultimate Survivor Edition. It is an entirely different game built from the most recent version on PC & Consoles.
• ARK: Survival Evolved will be de-listed from the Google Play and iOS App Stores on August 31st, 2024. Players who have already downloaded the game before this date will be able to re-download the title from their purchase history for the foreseeable future.
• Official Servers will enter Phase Out mode beginning today through August 31st, 2024. After this date they will be brought offline permanently. All players on these servers will have access to a free SP Transfer Ticket during this time period. Single Player and Unofficial Servers will remain accessible for the foreseeable future.
• ARKetypes, God Console and Ascendant Creature Unlock are now on sale for 75% off (this may take up to 24 hours to appear in all regions). For all of the players enjoying Single Player or Unofficial Servers, now is a great time to stock up! Previously unavailable items will be resurfaced in the in-game store as well.
• Primal Pass annual subscriptions were brought to a close earlier this year, and as of today Primal Pass monthly subscriptions are no longer available. Subscription renewals will automatically cancel for current subscribers.
• Dungeons will no longer rotate on a weekly basis. In Single Player, the dungeon listing will be updated to include all playable Dungeons to pick from. In Multiplayer, a community vote will be held in the coming days via our Discord server to vote on which Dungeon should be made available in perpetuity.

Hey Survivors!

A bit of a novel I'm writing here, but we wanted to give you a little update on where we're at with ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition, what we're working on, and what's upcoming that you can expect.

• Hackers/Exploit-Abusers: First of all, we are taking any reports of cheating extremely seriously. We will not stop pushing until you have the ability to play the game without worry of your hard work being taken away due to cheaters. As frustrating as it is, these things can't be fixed overnight, but we are working as hard as we can to ensure they are patched with updates or server patches as needed.
• Crashing (specifically after purchasing ARK Pass): We have narrowed down where this is having an issue, and this is expected to be fixed in our patch later this week.
• Sleeping in ARK Mobile: We've heard the desire that many players are missing the ability to "sleep" in singleplayer. We're happy to officially announce that this is making a return in ARK: UME! This will come out in a later patch, but rest assured (haha, get it, rest?) we hear your requests and are doing what we can to deliver!
• Alpha + Dino + Resources Spawning: We understand that there are quite a few alphas on the maps. This is being looked at. Along with this, comes balancing non-alpha spawns and the issue with resources not respawning in multiplayer. We are continuing to to investigate these issues.
• Overall Server Stability: Many of you are concerned with servers going down, rolling back, or overall just not having good health. I'm happy to tell you we are making progress on this and will continue working on server patches behind-the-scenes to reduce their downtime.

And lastly, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for playing the game and investing your time and energy into this. All of us here at Grove Street Games appreciate every one of you for all the reports you've sent. We would not be able to do these things without you all.

Hey everyone! Just providing an update on our next patch, since its still in the submission process with the app stores, that way you can know what to expect before it goes live. In response to your feedback, we've made some adjustments and additions! These changes aren't out yet, but should be good to go early next week!

For our singleplayer survivors, we officially added the ability to sleep, disabled the need for a nearby cryofridge when throwing out crypods, and fixed the advanced options not scrolling down properly.

For our multiplayer survivors, you shouldn't crash after pressing "transfer servers" anymore. We also want to make it known, we are aware of the cheats and exploits that have been abused recently. Our team has already dealt with a few instances, and larger waves of bans will begin next week for any players that have been found to be abusing our game. This will result in your Epic Games account being permanently banned from accessing multiplayer on all platforms.

For all players, you should no longer crash when closing out of your inventory, or if you have purchased items in-game! The in-game map will show your location a bit better, we've implemented some new changes for easier inventory management, and we readjusted some UI and HUD elements for easier visibility.

As a reminder, if you're having issues with the game or would like to report another player, the following are the best options:

• Bug Report Form (https://forms.gle/vkGgasnXkikBqfU16) - this is the best method for gameplay issues
• Restore Purchases Button - this is for any issues with ARK Pass, God Console, or map purchases, and should be done prior to opening a ticket
• Support Website (https://grovestreetgames.com/support) - this is the best method to contact us if you experience Community Guidelines violations in Multiplayer or have purchase issues that can't be resolved with the in-game button
• Known Issues channel (#known-issues) - this is the best method to see what issues we are already aware of, and see the current status. This will start being filled out over the next week with vital information for you all

Hey Survivors! We wanted to update you on what we've been working on, what's upcoming, and a bit more information about Ragnarok.

As of now, Ragnarok is on schedule for release this month! 🎉 We will have a set release date announced for you all next week. With this being said, Rag will be free with ARK Pass, or if you want to buy the map as a standalone, it will be $2.99 (or your local equivalent). Rag will be EXCLUSIVE to ARK Pass Only servers for the first 2 weeks of release. After that 2 week period, we will release additional non-ARK Pass Rag servers. For our Small Tribes players, we've got you covered for launch as well!

Progress is being made on any lingering ARK Pass issues (we haven't forgotten about you!) for both iOS and Android. Hey Survivors! We wanted to give a quick update as to what's going on behind the scenes so that you all stay informed, and so we can announce something we are really excited for, giving the community a new way to help us out!

First, we hear that you all are wondering where the next patch is at, and when you can expect it. Fingers are crossed that we have some information early next week as to where we're at (maybe even sooner 🤞) but I assure you, we will keep you updated!

The server stability (crashes and roll backs) are continuing to be something our team is investigating and documenting, so we can get to the bottom of it, however, we can't do this without a little help...

Introducing something new that we're calling the "Exploit Bounty" program. The form attached below will allow you to report exploits in Multiplayer, whether it's spots you can wiggle into the mesh, a rollback method, or a dupe technique, we want to hear it! The rules are simple;

• Fill out the form entirely
• Ensure you make a detailed reproduction of the method you're reporting
• Report as soon as you're made aware of the method and have verifiable proof it works in multiplayer

If you are the first to report the specific method you're reporting, we can copy the method verbatim, and as long as we have all the required information, you will be rewarded with $200 USD worth of keys in-game. Yes, that's totaling 50,000 keys, just for filling out the report!! Winners of the Exploit Bounty will be contacted individually and rewarded, but don't be discouraged if you don't get anything on your first try! Keep those reports coming so we can get these bugs squashed. 🐛 🤛

With this Exploit Bounty form in place, we want to re-iterate, we could not do this without you all as players! You all are the reason we keep pushing to make the game better, and I assure you we will keep going until ARK: Ultimate Mobile Edition is a game you deserve!

Hey Survivors! We wanted to update you on what’s been going on the past few days, along with some things we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

For starters, we hear you all about some of the server issues over the past few days. Reports of being kicked for speed hacking, server instability and lag, and more are being looked at to see what we can do. If you have information (a specific thing you’re noticing that kicks you, servers that are having more issues than others, etc.) report it to us ASAP via ticket so we can work out fixes sooner! We don’t have the ability to investigate every Discord ping, so using the ticket system is important!

We also wanted to let everyone know we have now pushed out a fix for cryopodded tames being used to dupe. Over 100,000 duped tames have been removed, and as we find new ways of detecting them, we will continue to remove more duped items. Along with this, we are continuing our work on patching known rollback methods and confronting hacks as well.

Lastly, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your patience while we get Extinction ready! It’s been a ton of fun seeing everyone playing with the new dinos and fighting those Titans! Keep your eyes out for more patches coming soon!

Hey Survivors! Just a small update for something we’ve been working on behind the scenes. In alignment with our current patch, we have prevented building certain structures that can be used for griefing at spawn points.

We’ve also seen the frustration around tribes locking spawns in PvP by using turrets to instantly kill people before the can spawn in. As a reminder, this is against our anti-griefing rules and is punishable.

In hopes that maybe a cash bounty incentivizes someone to tip us off, I will send $100 USD (gift card or PayPal) to the first person that can provide us the steps needed to successfully reproduce this exploit alongside a video showing your steps working (and what server you did it on).
You will not be banned for reporting this to us, we just want to get it fixed.

Hey Survivors! We wanted to update you all on some things going on behind the scenes and what you can expect in the coming months.

A patch earlier this week was intended to fix the bug with losing Survivors on transfers. Players may still lose inventory on transfer if a server crashes during the process - this is just dupe protection. Now its time that we hear from you! We have added a new channel here in Discord #voting! Let us know how you want to see transfers operate moving forward so that we can ensure the smoothest experience possible for players.

The next order of business is starting in November, we are going to phase out any servers with an avg. population of 0.9 or lower. We've been adding servers to the game all year long to support our map releases, and now we're at the point where we have way too many of them. All players can view the population stats in the server browser and work on getting their population up before then if you want to see a server saved. Keep in mind, regardless of population, we will always keep at least one of each map and game mode available!

Since we don't have plans for any other maps at this time, we need to hear some active feedback about what kinds of game modes you want to see! Are you a huge fan of the old Ark Mobile's PvX? Do you think ARKpocalypse would be a good edition? Tell us! We want to continue to bring fresh, new ideas and ways people can play our game.

In some good news, we are close to a fix for the Android cheats. This will be deployed in stages to ensure we don't get false positives and keep our impact to innocent players to a minimum. Our goal over the coming months is to continue improving and refining the gameplay experience to provide the game we are proud to give players.

As always, let us know if you are noticing anything strange following any updates that are pushed out. We appreciate all the feedback and support that we get from players.

We announced last month that beginning in November, we would start phasing out some Mobile servers with a population of 0.9 or lower. At the bottom of this message is a link to a document outlining the servers that will be removed and no longer accessible on December 9th.
These deletions are non-negotiable, data-driven, and may allow us to better moderate servers and hopefully improve the multiplayer experience by not having players so spread out.
Come December 9th, should players have anything on the maps in the document below, those items/characters/tames will be deleted and will not be given back. We encourage players actively on those servers to start moving items to another server as quickly as possible to ensure there's enough time to get everything and still account for technical difficulties as well.

In an effort to bring fair pricing to all of our players around the world, we have adjusted the pricing of in-game purchases to better match the cost-of-living in approximately 125 countries that we serve. In all affected countries, this has resulted in reduced pricing for ARK Pass, God Console, Maps and Keys.
If you have purchased your ARK Pass subscription in one of these countries, it will renew at the new price. You do not need to take any action on your end.

⚠️ Update on "Survivor failed to download" and ARK data items disappearing:

We've been investigating this issue over the last 24 hours and are communicating with our server host to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible. For now, the problem seems to be intermittent and only happening to some players, but we hope to have a solution ASAP.

In the meantime - we recommend only transferring servers or uploading items to ARK Data if you ABSOLUTELY have to. This will minimize losses and (hopefully) save some headache. If you are one of the unlucky few that need to transfer or upload items and lose track of your character or lost items, try heading back to the original server or checking your ARK upload after a short wait. This is NOT a guaranteed fix, but does seem to be working for some.

Hopefully we will be able to share a positive update soon, but until then, we appreciate your patience while we squash these bugs

@everyone Painted Sharks NA & EU are now back up with Phase Out activated. This is only a temporary Phase Out in order to resolve a corrupted data issue causing these servers to crash. All players on these servers are encouraged to take the Free Transfer Ticket and upload their survivor before 10:00am EDT on Wednesday, July 20th. At that time these servers will be fully wiped and Phase Out mode will be removed. If you have a Survivor on one of these servers, upload it before July 20th.

Players will have 7 days to transfer off of these servers. No new players will be able to join these servers, and all existing players will be given access to a Free Server Transfer Ticket in the in-game store. The Free Server Transfer Ticket allows for a free revival on each of your tame implants and has also been adjusted to allow your Element balance & Dungeon Keys to come with you (*You will not see the Element or Keys listed in your Server Transfer Ticket UI, but it will come with you so long as it is in your inventory when you upload the Ticket).
As a reminder, when transferring off of one of these servers, please make sure that the creature implants you decide to bring with you are from tames which are personally owned. Any implants from creatures not personally owned will revive as wild and incur the standard Amber revival cost. You must revive a personally owned creature implant on the new server to avoid the revival cost and maintain its tame status.
