I know its an old message but what saved my life with lower back pain were simple gluteus medius exercises

Like hip drops etc

The first time I did these I could barely figure out how to move like that lol. Like my brain didnt know how to do it.
And muscles I didnt know existet were super sore the next day. From just doing pretty light movements

But I went from pretty significant back pain after walking 10k+ to zero back pain in like a week or two of exercises.

hamstring muscles being a bit shrunk can cause back pain too

due to lack of movement/exercise

and as mus said, it takes a very short time of specific moves to make the pain disappear

Yes lower back pain is almost always to do with weak or immobile hip flexors/ glutes. Highly recommend it. Glad it worked out for u

i liked kamakura, there's tourists but it's not like packed packed

about an hour away

enoshima island nearby had a lot of tourists but mainly near the lower levels with the street shops
