13th-15th: Stay in Matsuyama, nothing specific planned, maybe a relaxing day trip to Aoshima cat island if still available, leave for Hiroshima by boat in the afternoon of 15th.
15th-17th/18th: Stay in Hiroshima, walk around, see things. Maybe a day trip to Muikaichi to see some outdoors and the famed station with no entrance.
17th/18th: Return to Ósaka, fly back home on 19th.

Google to find more, but was totally fine. 700 yen for 2.5 hours access to gym, swimming pool, locker room, etc. Simple system, buy a ticket on an electronic kiosk and scan to get into the fitness training area. Most day passes at actual gyms are $25+ USD from my research.

20ish minute walk from Shibuya. Have some English speaking staff.

Yeah exactly, too much for a day pass especially considering these gyms here are so much smaller than any Golds you'd find in the States. This gymnasium had 2 squat racks, 2 smith machines, 3 bench presses, a DB area, pullup bars, some random benches/machines/etc, and a machine room - so was more than enough for a little full body workout with 700 yen.
