You don't need a sim at all iirc when it's cell broadcasted since the cell towers just send the signal to all devices in the area. Your phone can still receive signals even without a sim since the sim is just for authentication

I don't eat a lot, but I was stuffed. @cyan bane would not have been satisfied. So it depends on your appetite. 90g of meat plus a good serving of rice. If I didn't get all the extra toppings I got, I could have gotten an extra 40g of meat instead for the same price.
