So the fastest and cheapest way to get to the trailhead (Takaosanguchi) is via Keio's dedicated Limited Express Route. It departs from Shinjuku every hour starting at 9am until 11am
EDIT: I can't read see, please ignore this
If getting to Shinjuku is inconvenient, there's the option of getting on the train at Meidaimae instead. The departure times are the times in the second column
Looking at the routes, I'm partial to doing 1 and 6 (I don't really have a preference for which way we ascend)
I'm also OK with the Inariyama trail

Based on the time range the others were OK with, it seems like 10:10 was the best compromise
Maybe we can meet 15 minutes before the train departs at the Koei Shinjuku station

Final wall of text:
I'll probably be in the Shinjuku area around 8:30 for breakfast. If people want to join me, DM or tag me so I'll get a notification.
Everyone else should make sure that they are well fed.
The first person to arrive at the portion of Shinjuku station that's operated by Keio should find a place that's easy to navigate to and notify the group of where exactly we should be meeting up.
People should bring food and water with them. Please also download an offline copy of the map on Google Maps in case you get separated/lost.
Please wear appropriate shoes. People should also dress in layers. You still get warm as you move and it will be a lot colder at the summit than at the trailhead.
Since there were no strong opinions on the choice of routes, we should ascend via trail 6 and descend via 1.
Based on the estimates from the trail map, we should reach the summit around 1pm. There is a restaurant there, so we can stop by for lunch. People that want to opt out of lunch there should bring their own lunch.
