Yeah, don't think the float parade is happening. But I already went around the Hachiman shrine half an hour ago and they are still putting up the food stalls. So if you don't mind the rain that would still be an option. There is also the permanent display hall that's indoors and shows 4 of the floats. I'm planning to check that out today. Its funny though, protein drinks/food here contain a lot less protein than what im used to getting. Like in my country I aim for 20-25 grams protein per drink/protein bar/yoghurt and here its mostly 10-15 grams
