If you activate the device as an enemy is dying or very close to them dying the devices tether will stay permanently active and visable until you leave the location. Even if you activate the device again, the bugged tether will still stay resulting in 2 tethers being visible. Can't remember if I posted this one or not, happens rather often.

it seems that the central hitbox of the dreadnought still stays after it leaves, so it may be attaching to that (happened to me with fusion hook as well)
