  • From a programming perspective, what was one of the most frustrating or problematic elements to overcome over the course of ES2 (thus far)?
  • From a programming perspective, what was one of the elements that brought you the most satisfaction or sense of accomplishment once implemented?

Were semi-persistent debris objects, with or without physics (akin to Everspace 1's frigate remains) ever tested in Everspace 2?

Erik has once told me that ES2 has no multipalyer because it would be too challenging to introduce. As a senior programmer, could you go into detail what these challenges are? If I would want to write a multiplayer game, what is the best approach to do it and what pitfalls I should look out for?
