Would it be possible to get some DEV assistance/clarification on what all effects the available ships at ship dealers?
I'm trying to buy Tier 1 ships, but I'm at the end game.
Initially, i had to take a Tier 4 ship and buy downwards Tier 4 to Tier 3+, to Tier 3, to Tier 2+ etc until i got all the way back down to 1.
From there, entering any ship dealer with a Tier 1 Ship meant that they usually had other Tier 1 ships for sale.
The problem I'm running into is that I'm lucky to see even one Tier 1 ship for sale at any given dealer. VERY rarely i may see two. Since I'm looking for specific ship passives, this has become a torturous task because there's only 1 passive slot available. Even with re-rolls, i only get an average of 1 ship with 2 possible traits per dealer.
Other than making sure to enter with a Tier 1 ship, are there any other factors that can be manipulated for a bigger selection?
Does the current equipment matter at all?
Device level?
Stats?
Active perks?
I know this is such a wierd issue to have but i'm desperate! 😭
