A very minor bug/inconsistency with this mission: During the phase where you need to destroy missiles to stop them from reaching the freighters, I was killing wave after wave of missiles for about 10 minutes with my Missile Defense System device, and it did not progress the quest. Only once I started manually shooting the missiles did it progress to the "lure missiles" stage of the quest.
I felt so smart using it to easily breeze the defense aspect, but was confused why nothing was happening.
