M y friend and I downloaded the game and connected and played together on the first day. On the second day, we couldn't connect. We could connect to other players, and other players could connect to us. We checked the network - everything was fine, we had the same game versions. After registering on the EpicGames website, we stopped seeing each other altogether. I'm in Bulgaria, and my friend is in Donetsk.What should we do?

Make sure that NAT type is either Open (Type 1) or Moderate (Type 2). You can check this in the top left corner of the Character Select screen aka Main Menu.
NAT Unknown means the game cannot determine your NAT type and will not let you connect to others. If this is the case you either need to restart the router or reinstall the game.
(Console) Make sure that you have an active subscription for console online services.
If your NAT type and version match, and you still cannot connect try:
- (PC) try verifying game files.
- Try changing Matchmaking Region
- If that didn't work, try unlinking and re-linking your Epic Account (via the Epic website)
- If you have not linked an Epic Account, try linking one.
If all of these fail, you can try reinstalling the Game
If it still doesn't work after that, it's not the game's code that's causing it
