Hello everyone
Can anyone help me pls? I can't get pass the Connecting screen after character selection, it restarts the game and puts me back on character selection. I reset my Xbox, my router, i reinstalled the game, i even deleted both save files local and cloud and lost more than 250 hours and all collectibles. Everything worked just fine before.
PS: IF I SWITCH TO OTHER ACCOUNT IT WORKS PERFECTLY.

Still having this issue? My guess would be there is an issue either with Epic Games Services or your Epic Games account. I'd try unlinking your Xbox Account from your Epic Account.

Still struggling. I didn't have an Epic account when it happened
Funny thing is, if i switch accounts or sign in on any other account everything works just fine, no errors.
