Some attacks can break immovable, and it says "Cannot be Staggered while BULWARK is active", but the big swords of Faelin can stagger, the jump of the statue of Corruptor, the physical attack of Tal Ratha...and I don't know how many more

if anything, I expect stagger to be because of damage; but stun because of Faelin sword is a punish for not doing mechanic properly

Some attacks have different tiers of Stagger damage and Immovable doesn't affect them.
That's intended afaik.
