No option to reroll legendary on prism. Only level up and cleanse. This prism was leveled up to 50 and had enough experience to lev for legendary prior to new patch. Now that the patch has dropped I've selected a legendary and ended up with current situation.
I had a backup of my save file that was made before choosing a legendary. After restoring the backup and repeating legendary select I end up with the same bug again.

Don't ask the devs to predict behaviour that isn't supposed to happen x) Making backups to relaunch legendary effects isn't supposed to be the way to go...

I understand your point, but tbh if you don't backup your save and it gets corrupted or lost what are you going to do? There are reports of this happening so it's actually the smart thing to do. Secondly the backup has nothing to do with this situation as this occurred before even trying to restore the save from any backup.
