After the update, I raised the prism to level 10 and "Cleanse Stone" was displayed. However, even if I select "Yes", I cannot initialize the prism.

Seeing the same issue on my game on PC, version 448817_PO on Steam:

It does wipe the fragments fed into the Prism, but the level and buffs stay the same.

I have the same issue, also on steam. For me it's with a level 50 prism. Build ID 16052362.
