#Ritualist's Eruption skill not proccing "on status refresh" items

When using the Eruption skill from Ritualist, status effects will be refreshed. However, rings such as Black Spinel and Wired Inhibitor, which proc when you refresh a status, do not increase their duration at all

Upon further investigating, it seems Sinister Totem suffers from the same issue
