I joined in on two players and when I finally spawned in, I had an extra 10 trait points to allocate.
I promptly left but it appears the damage is done.

How do I get rid of these so I don't increase people's zone level past 21?

when a cheater has increased max trait points, one of the obvious signs of it is the zone level increasing past 21.
