#About relic fragments and dust

I'm new to the game, about 20 hrs of gameplay, power level of 8.

As far as I understand there's no point in me (it's a bad decision even) expending dust for relic fragments, or leveling a prism at this point in the game. Is that correct?

i wouldnt say its "bad" but i certainly wouldnt invest too much yet
