#Master Killer Legendary is not multiplying damage (at least on Dummys)

Just unlocked it and comparing the damage it doesnt seems like it changed anything. The difference between damage with and without prism was roughly 30.8% which I assume is from 30% Weakspot Damage increase without any multiplicative change.

Its just not a lot of damage until you have a very big damage modifier already
