Where did the options go for starting a world with the DLC content forced?

When doing my first playthrough on the first difficulty, you are given the option when creating your world to choose the base campaign or the dlc ones.

Now starting my veteran run, I rerolled my world only to not be given these options anymore. On my 2nd run, I want to play the DLC areas instead of doing the same campaign again. Is there a way to bring back those options they offer you when you first start the game?
