Force Multiplier doesn't trigger from Monorail.

Tested with base damage only ring equiped and overcharging with mod till maximum damage ramp. Other items that have on charge effects work.

The metal whining sound should be made louder too during mod when the black hole is about to explode.

I also couldn't get Force Multiplier to work with it. Monorail is held back by the technology (glitches) of its time. 🙁

me as well, force multiplier does not do anything for monorail from what I tried
