I always host my own games. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what causes it. I'm not certain if it's just when I have a full team, or if certain people (maybe based on location) cause me to lag more than others. But the lag is absolutely horrendous. CONSTANT stuttering. I believe I fixed it. I downgraded to nvidia driver 536.67, from when the game came out. Or at least it specifically mentions Remnant 2. Barely lagged at all so far, just a little from loot being picked up I think.

Wasn't fixed after all. I noticed the game was using over 90% of my RAM at times. I figured I'd go ahead and upgrade to 32. While investigating which RAM I already had, figured out it was only 1800 MHZ. Cheap stuff. I've got 32 GB of 2666 MHZ RAM on the way. Really hope it helps.

Well, I'm running on 32G of RAM now! From my quick test, that seems to have COMPLETELY fixed all stuttering! Loaded into a boss rush solo and was good!

And the game even completely closed down properly on its own! Normally I'd have to force close it with task manager, EVERY SINGLE TIME.
