Can no longer feed my Prism any Fragments | Remnant Game | Page 1

I've made a couple dozen prisms now without any issues, but I'm now stuck. After cleansing my Prism, it won't let me feed it anymore Fragments. It just keeps telling me that I need to chose a Prism enhancement despite the Prism being level 0, and my other two Prisms being max.

I've verified my file integrity on Steam. Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this? The grind must not stop!

Reinstalling the game didn't fix it.

Leveling up the prism and choosing an enhancement fixed it.
