Got reward after giving ONLY the crop sample and wearing correct armor, amulet and class. Did not need Nimue's Blood-Marred Vow. Unsure if intended or bugged.

have you played online at all where someone might have turned in the blood marred vow in their ward or even in yours?

I have played online, someone may have turned in blood marred vow in their own world, but not crop sample. The item also populated for my friend, who's game I was in, who had not played online until with me. It was their crop sample we turned in, can guarantee no blood marred vow for them. Is it like a back end check list so I could have gotten credit for 1 in one world and 1 in the other? Then in my friend's game, since I got the item, they also got it?

The same thing happened to me, I did join someone who turned in blood marred vow on their world along with crop sample - they received the amulet but I didn't. So I tried to do it myself, and I was only given an option to give the crop sample, after which I received the amulet. Can't give it Nimue's Blood Marred Vow now
I tried in an adventure with JUST the blood marred vow and i wasn't allowed to give that
