I recently did Ravager/Doe full story line on hardcore character in order to receive this ring, it did not appear in the shop.

I looked to the internet to make sure I didn't do anything wrong and it appears that I'm not the only one to have this issue, I'd run it again because I want the item but I don't want to waste time if it doesn't work at the moment.
