After getting the DLC3 update, I played briefly and noticed that my bow build got its charge time slowed considerably. No mention of charge time (especially for bows) in the patch notes.
Was wearing all the charge time reduction:
30% : Supercharger Mutator
15% : Worn Dog Tags
25% : Archer's Crest
10% (x2) : Feathery Binding + combo with Anastasija's Inspriation
=90% charge time reduction where I can do a Perfect shot almost as quick as a tap shot.
Managed to grab myself the Mythic Weapon Charge time Fragment as well (10%) and did not see any difference and still seemed slower prior to update.
