find one of the secret ones, or buy an engram from a different vendor

the healing lady sells on, reggie and mudtooth both sell one

whispers sells one i recall

#

actually mudtooth gives you one once youre close to beating the game

#

once you buy an engram, you can turn it into an archetype by talking to the guy in the crane at Ward 13
