I just died because i went afk by accident on my hardcore character. this is the only one i have used to progress the story with so far so i was wondering if there was any way to bring him back. because i had just gotten to|| root earth|| and then i died when i started up an adventure to try and get the ||Dreamcatcher Melee weapon || because of a stupid boss. any help appreciated cause im probably going to refund the dlc and quit the game if i cant get the file back.

If you really want to cheese you messing up your hardcore character, you can go into the save folder and use a previous save from when you last touched a world stone.

you have an irl life or death emergency and have to quit quickly and dont press alt f4 and press f5 instead

Ok but you know the risks when doing hardcore and know that even with rl emergencies can't be predicted, therefore your always at risk when playing HC you are made aware about the riskyness to that mode before even creating the character to begin with. So threatening to refund is a bit ridiculous. It's like your blaming the devs for the death.

Being able to just revive a character in hc, defeats the purpose if hc run. Thats still threatening to refund just because you lost a character to a hardcore run... ive lost many hc characters not under my control, example I lost one due to power outage.
Don't see me complaining .. just get back on the horse and hope for a better luck run
