Hello. I have already written to support. As well as to the developers. I encountered a very strange problem. The ps5 platform. My friends and I decided to play remnant 2 in co-op. But as it turned out, I can't join them. Or anyone at all. The game sees random players at the stone. In the game settings, in the system parameter, the list of friends is displayed. But it is not possible to join either by invitation or through the stone. An error occurs: connection is interrupted and a crash to the main menu. One of my friends has the same provi as me. He can play with random players. But nothing works for me. In the console connection settings. NAT type 2. Everything is fine with this. Other games work fine over the network. If I connect the console via a LAN cable, the game does not see players through the stone at all. And "local" is automatically set in the options. I'm already tired of fighting this problem. It's very sad that I'm losing the experience of playing remnant 2 with friends

We've seen your emails on support. If everyone works but you, unfortunately, it's not the game, it's something to do with your account or setup. In those cases, we don't offer support outside of the game. Only thing we can offer are the following things to try: Are all your friends connected to epic accounts? if not try to connect them. If so, try to disconnect them. Also, what does the network type say in the upper left hand corner of the main menu?

In the upper left corner. Nat moderate. I don't think that linking to Epic will help. We've already tried. With Epic linked. The friends list in the system settings disappears. And random players are not visible near the stone. When connecting to each other through Epic. Everything ends with an error again. And a crash to the main menu. The game plays great solo. As soon as we want to join, all the fun ends.

If you are talking about an error in the ps5 system, then there is no such message. There is only a screen "Loading, connecting" with a small circle in the center. And then the message "connection interrupted" and a crash to the main menu to select a character

if you're all on each others friends lists, setting to only friends should be fine

i assume you've tried reinstalling? reseting your router, giving the playstation a full reboot?

Sorry to necropost on this or w/e the word is, but my friend and I are having connection issues.
Every day essentially, we try to join eachothers game. It says "Connecting Please Wait" Then "Connection Lost" a while after.
The thing is, after we restart our pcs or game a few times, it works and we play with minimal issues. This has happened every day, save for today.
We tried restarting pcs, game etc. I linked and unlinked an epic account, and so on. I do not know why this is happening specifically for remnant 2, but it is specifically remnant 2 that this occurs in. We can join eachother on other games just fine, and we have previously joined eachother on remnant 2. I am pretty sure this is a bug on remnant 2's end in some way, as this game is relatively well known for having connection issues, and from the fact that we can join eachother on other games, and even this one when it decides to work, makes me think this is not an issue on the player's end.
