the lighthouse is a random place you may or may not encounter in your losomn runs. Look for optional areas with burning houses

On xbox u can can delete the dlcs from the main game and if u reinstall just the awakened king u can run the one shot over again as if u never did the 1 shot at all . The dungeon will be in the one shot . If thats nots pos . Roll forlorn coast go to the dungeon thats in the sewar just past the 2nd mini check point i the drowned wen . If not the dungeon reroll

not sure if it's still needed but if you start on the Morrow Parish storyline, and go to the door that isn't the objective in the starting area, (recognizable by being surrounded by burning buildings), there is about a 1/5 chance of it being the lighthouse, and it is very quick to farm once you know the route.
