Items are not added to a character

I'm playing the game on the PS5 platform. I recently tried to get new armour and weapons in the game. I found them, it showed me that I have them added, but they are not displayed. I got the armour and weapons but I can't use them because of this error. This is the second time this has happened. I would like to get the things I found and got, but because of the error I can't use them.
My keyboard layout is Russian/Ukrainian

What do you mean they are not displayed? Do you mean they're not in your inventory or they don't show up on your character when you equip them?

In russian its a full armour "Лето 2"(vault on ship in Block 13), and weapon "Загадка-2"(Hideout place in labyrinth )

There's no logs to check. There's nothing we can do on our end, especially on console. Best bet if you missed a ward 13 item is to go into delete character menu on main menu and delete campaign data and try it all again

Your save only exists in 2 places, your ps5 and the ps cloud if you are paying for the service. we have access to neither. If you do have a cloud save that has not been updated, you could potentially grab the old save. However, PlayStation cloud is pretty diligent about grabbing your save and updating it.
