but it should look like your youtube tutorial, I get the popup window directly and no matter which email I enter I get the error message. that is 100% the linked email

Have you tried logging in on the epic games site to see if that actually is the email? The reason you're getting that message is you have either signed up on your PlayStation it looks like to epic games previously so there's an account tied to that account or you signed up with your account and remnant 2

Having this exact problem right now. Contacted Epic games and they told me to reach out to arc games, who then told me I need to message the discord for this problem. Wanted to know if there’s anything you’ve found out yet.

No, my problem is that when I try to link Epic account it says “Enter email you made your account with”. I’ve logged into my account on the web and uninstalled the game twice.

I did and when I reached out to them, they said I needed to get in contact with Arc games to resolve.
Arc games then told me all tech issues were handled through discord
