Went through a couple of builds and currently on my 1st Nightmare run.
How do I get better relics for my character? I noticed I'm lacking on that aspect of all my builds.

So relic fragments, and not actual relics.

You get mythic fragments solely from Apocalypse difficulty.

Just setting it to the World Stone and then buy from Dwell (u have to have arc at lvl 78 I think, someone correct me if i’m wrong please)

no that’s about it, roll an adventure or canpaign save on apoc difficulty, instead of entering then turn around and go to dwell with at least 8 archetypes maxed (technically slightly less since total archetype level is the cumulative total of all your archetypes) and then go gamble at dwell
