Currently Burden of the Audacious appears to be coded to restore 50% of maximum health on a perfect dodge, and be effected by healing effectiveness. This was experimentally determined thoroughly over on the wiki discord. Either the tooltip is not properly updating to reflect the impact of healing effectiveness on the ring, or the ring has the wrong healing attached to it. I am uncertain as of now

Starting at 1 health, rolls to maximum health
Burden of the Audacious: 4 rolls
Burden of the Audacious, Max Triage: 2
Burden of the Audacious, 4 point in triage: 3
Burden of the Audacious, Nightmare Spiral: 0 healing

It looks like the ring benefits from any healing effectiveness above -50%. Is this working as intended? I won't lie, I kind of like it.
At -50% healing effectiveness, it heals for 25% by default.
At -40% healing effectiveness, it heals for 30%.
At -30% healing effectiveness, it heals for 35%.
At -20% healing effectiveness, it heals for 40%.
At -10% healing effectiveness, it heals for 45%.
At neutral healing effectiveness, it heals for 50%.
At 20% healing effectiveness, it heals for 60%.
Tested with Worm Hole, Triage, Mythic Healing Effectiveness, Broken Heart, Paper Heart (not necessarily all at once).
