White flickers on textures, probably where the light hits. Moving makes it worse. I have tried changing all settings from low to high with multiple combinations. I have also fresh installed and repaired my game with no effect. Used to play fine and after an update before the 1st DLC, it started doing that. No new software was installed during that period. I then stopped playing the game when the 1st DLC came out and tried again yesterday and I repeated everything I mentioned above.
