Greetings. I have an issue with the Challengers prime perk. I have seen this happen so many times now that I can't shrug it off as a coincidence and the Die Hard prime perk feels completely unreliable at this moment.
I like to help other players whether it is killing bosses or collecting stuff, but when the time calls for Die Hard to do its job it just fails. Instead of reviving me, it doesn't proc and I am just left crawling on the floor. It happened to me in Hardcore too, twice. I am not sure if it's tied to my build, probably not, because I was running a completely different build on Hardcore. It happens 90% of the time when getting hit by Annihilations orbs.
I sadly do not have video proof, maybe I will record it next time. I am prepared to provide more information when needed. That's all for now.
