Its random there is no ez way its either in your playthrough or its not . And it can pop up in pretty much any of the nodes outside the main quest line. That being said roll red throne ,once to the 2nd overworld stay all the way right until u reach a dungeon if its not endiras reset . Thats what i did farming for burden of the follower

Bulletweaver drops from Atrophy and I don't think it's unique to Endaira anymore after the 2nd DLC. Proving Grounds and Earthern Coliseum share the same random events with Endaira.
So roll Forbidden Grove and check if the first side dungeon is Endaira or Proving Grounds. You can also then check if the main path location is Coliseum.
