If this is a room with a waterfall in the centre, walk up to the wall and press the roll button. It's a fake wall with a ledge that you can climb through.

I think this is Archer's Crest injectable in Ziggurat dungeons

The ledge is there to obfuscate the hidden wall since you can't just walk through it

I thought archer's crest only happens at endria's end

it would be good if it actually drops in different dungeons now
