I successfully traded in my first Trinity Memento to Dwell. But after finding the second one, I cannot give it to him (no dialogue option). What do I do?

I have the same issue but I was never able to give my first as it happened in someone else’s game.

I just heard it was a known bug. potential fix incoming next week...
