So I'm looking into the Monarch and have seen a few builds with this weapon and personally love it. But the problem is that it has been a while since i have played and I don't know the proper items for this weapon to maximize the output.
As right now I'm missing a few rings due to not completing higher difficulties so without Devourer's Loop are there any suggestsions in boosting the stat of the weapon for all major encounters?

if youre talking about a skill spam, high fire rate monarch build, i use nightweaver's grudge with alchemy stone, devoured, atonement fold, and zania's malice/burden of the gambler
devoured is kinda essential for this specific build, but you could supplement it with general rings like prob cord or akari war band
