for the star shot you would have to do the supply ship event on nerud

the event will always spawn on a nerud roll with the dark conduit side area, and requires you to kick the coffins to make them beep around the big open world area

starkiller will require you to beat a campaign on apocalypse difficulty and then will become available for all your characters through brabus, and although its hard i can personally assure you that it only takes hours of pain on boss fights to accomplish

For Aphelion you will have to fight the final boss of Nerud if you have the Seeker's keys storyline, but you will need to do his alt kill which requires you to use the overide pin before you start the fight. the overide pin has a chance to spawn on the map on a Nerud roll.
