I'm trying to get Seal of the Empress. I spoke to The Enternal Empress at the beginning of the run as I spawned in The Red Throne. I've now completed the main quest line by killing The Corrupter, but I am unable to speak to the Queen about it in The Red Throne because she is not there.

In my map the quest is "The Empress"
There is no Primary Objective marked on the world map or local map.
Is this a bug or have I done something wrong?

No, I accepted the quest in the beginning and was not thrown in jail.
How can I check that though? Where do I access the jail?

False wall on right side as you walk upto the door youll hear the warping sound they make but youll probably have to re roll
