#Blasting Cap Ring overperforms

Blasting cap ring increased the total DPS by 11% while it should only affect explosions and the increase shouldn't be this high.

Crit explosion went from 699 to 772 which is 10.4% increase. regular explosion from 388 to 429 which is 10.5%.
What I heard around here is that it's now multiplicative rather than additive.
