Just beat the game and unsure if I should reroll or try and collect some things before doing so. Would that be best to level up new classes?
Also I’m currently waiting the day for my adventure roll of Ne’rud so I can get the heart. Desperately wanting that archon class

if you’ve beat the game then i would take a step back from your campaign and just roll adventures for a while and grab some items and farm your class levels
before rerolling the campaign i would make sure you’ve picked up all necessary things from labyrinth and rooth earth and see if you had the luck to get tormented heart or nightweaver’s grudge from the nightweaver’s web, just because none of those can be rolled in adventure

Also things from nimue like rune pistol, if u have tormented heart u can trade it to nimue for tranquil heart which is one of the best hearts in game imo for its passive heals .
Also to add make sure to visit the oracle as well and bring her 2 kids back and u get a trait called recovery which boost your stam regen kinda clutch
