#hardcore items in nonquestion

I know there are items only unlockable in hardcore but is there any way to get them on a non-hardcore character? Like, if I unlock them can I buy them on all characters?

unlock on hardcore, get available on every new character

they're account-bound, same as the difficulty-dependant unlocks, afaik
