Not sure if I should post it here, but I didn't receive the achievement even though I got the item from the bridge keeper. Actually got the item in a friend's world but didn't get the achievement there, so I figured it had to be in my own world. Managed to talk with the bridge keeper, he gave me scrap but I did not get the achievement

Same, i have the same issue with the crimson armor : succession trophy

Same on PS5.

Invited a friend to my lobby.
They spoke with the guy. They got the ring but they didn't get the trophy.
Then they created their own offline lobby and went to the bridge guy and spoke with him. He only gave scrap and no trophy.
