If you are having issues connecting with online games on PC, please try to the following:
- Make sure your clock is set to autosync. If its not then set it, and try after it's on autosync.
If that doesn't work, try the following:
- In the upper left-hand side of the screen there is an option to link your account to Epic. Try that.
- If that does not work, fails out or the option just isn’t there, you likely have an old link to Epic or one that was started and never completed.
- If that is the case, you’ll need to log into your Epic account, or log into Epic with your steam account. Once in there, unlink your steam account.
- Once you’ve done that, try loading up Remnant II and seeing if you can link now. Attempt to Link account. If that goes smoothly, try playing online with Remnant II.
- If it still doesn’t work at this time, you should try installing the Epic Game Launcher(you can remove it later).
- Once you have installed the Epic Launcher, try loading Remnant II and playing online. This should fix it.
