been having a hard time leveling up my weapons to max, ive damn near beat the game twice now and i dont even have a weapon above level 7 maybe im just not looking hard enough? idk need help

Play adventure nightmare or apocalypse. Then when you beat it talk to Cass

#

She will have more materials for you to buy.

It refreshes every time you do

its a time based reset for cass

#

not adventure/campaign based

#

just check back every now and then and she'll have more stuff

but to farm mats, just grind apoc adventures, and explore quickly and thoroughly
