For some reason when joining a game the third archon skill click doesn't do damage only sometimes works In short burst and the teleport move also works. Hosting the game it works fine and only when joining other players it does no damage

I experience the same since last update... really annoying bug

Same when joining people or friends. Also, can get cancel right away when got hit by enemies or lagging. But not when hosting.
